The following works have been carried out:

• Added wrapper for dap_chain_cs_dag and dap_chain_cs_dag_event.
• Extended API for working with datums, namely checking and getting from a datum, a datum token, if the datum has a declaration type. Issue token datum, if the datum is of the transaction type.
• Added getting from datum token declaration of simple data type.
• Added getting data from the emission token datum.
• Added an id attribute for an object of type ChainNet to get an object of type ChainNetId.
