[*] Added implementation functions setPassUnknownUserAgents (dap_http_simple_set_pass_unknown_user_agents) and reply (dap_http_simple_reply).

Fix. Import of the dynamic library has worked, though so far only though 'import CellFrame.libCellFrame'

[+] Added access to objects Chain, ChainType, ChainAtomIter, ChainCell, ChainCommon, ChainCS, ChainDatumTypeID, ChainDatum, ChainDatumIter, ChainDatumToken, ChainDatumTokenEmisson, ChainTxItemType, ChainTxCondType, ChainDatumTx, ChainTxOutCond.

[+] Added initialization of the libdap-server-core-python module. Also added support for ServerCore, Event, EventSockect objects from the libdap-server-core-python library.

[+] Added function call from libdap-python. More precisely, the description has been added to the array of calls that are available from Python.
