[*] Fix conflict merdge. The wrapper of the search function for the ticker token by the hash of the transaction in ledger, was commented out for some reason, I fixed it and checked the performance of the wrapper.

[+] The ChainCommon class has been added and it contains the balanceToCoins function, which converts data into coins and is a wrapper over the dap_chain_balance_to_coins function.

[+] The getTxByHash function has been added for the ChainNet class, in fact, this function is a wrapper for the dap_chain_net_get_tx_by_hash function and is engaged in obtaining a transaction by hash.
