[*] Added implementation functions setPassUnknownUserAgents (dap_http_simple_set_pass_unknown_user_agents) and reply (dap_http_simple_reply).

[+] Added an object of type ChainWallet from libdap-chain-wallet-python to the CellFrame module. Now you can use it and the functions that it provides.

[*] Fix. Removed connection of submodules libdap-chain-cli if python-cellframe compiles as a static library for a node.
