Newer glibc versions (after 2.26) has no SunRPC included anymore and therefore building cellframe-node fails on these systems (Python issue). Maintainers have added libtirpc packages to several distros to handle this. This quick fix has been tested on up-to-date Arch Linux, Ubuntu 22.04 and on Debian 10.
