    - Add `dapforge ci` commands (list/log/run/stop/jobs) with GitLab API
- Add `dapforge config` for local/global GitLab token management
- Add `dapforge status <path>` to filter by submodule
- Show unpushed commit count (↑N) in status output
- Fix commit ordering for nested duplicate submodules
- Fix check --fix: fetch all instances, sibling cross-reference for stale refs
- Add ureq HTTP client and gitlab.rs API module
