Draft: Hotfix 12868

[*] The multithreaded overwrite test has been rewritten. Also added control that data in the table did not change after passing the test. Also the test has been enabled and the database is tested now with MDBX driver, because it is multithreaded, but sqlite is not, unless it is built in a special way.
