Hotfix 3255

alexey.stratulat requested to merge hotfix-3255 into master

Moved test-framework and math and global_db tests from cellframe-sdk. Corrected the CMake file to run tests. I transferred the file for the pipelines and took it from cellframe-sdk as a basis. I left the following tests disabled:

  • 9 tests from the mathematics model
  • dap_network_monitor test.
  • new_hope algorithm test.
  • multi-signature algorithm test.
  • globaldb test.
