Changes

This library is no longer a separate module, but a python-cellframe linked. This library will provide objects: CryptoKey, CryptoKeyType, CryptoDataType, Crypto, and functions for python-cellframe.
Now this library is static.
Unit tests fixed
Removed unnecessary comments, sections of code that are not used.
