Added the output of items that have the following types:

• TX_ITEM_TYPE_IN_COND.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_PKEY.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_OUT_COND.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_OUT_EXT.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_IN_COND.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_RECEIPT.
• TX_ITEM_TYPE_TOKEN_EXT.

Additionally:

1. Added function for getting dap_chain_tx_out_cond_subtype_t in string format.
2. Added function for getting serv_unit_enum_t in string format.
3. Added function for getting dap_pkey_type_t in string format.
