[*] Port from hotfix-13511: Fixed a bug where the variable value was incorrectly determined and, accordingly, the value "Checking signs structure has been" was incorrectly output. Port from hotfix-14274: Fixed now for the node ban and unban commands, now the chain is determined automatically for them. Fixed default chain definition in DAG command.
