[*] Refactoring of the dap_chain_node_client_connect function: Now, when calling the save certificate function, the name of this certificate is determined based on the network config, in this function and not in dap_client_set_auth_cert.

[*] Refactoring removed unnecessary calls to functions for opening the network configuration.
