Task 11771

[*] Removed CHAIN_TYPE_FIRST and CHAIN_TYPE_LAST from the list of chain types, added CHAIN_TYPE_INVALID = -1 instead.

[*] A seventh parameter has been added to the dap_chain_node_cli_cmd_values_parse_net_chain function and its JSON counterpart, which will be responsible for determining the type of chain that will be received from the network according to the type.
