[*] Changes from the branch that goes to master have been ported: A new TSD section of the type DAP_CHAIN_DATUM_TOKEN_TSD_TOKEN_DESCRIPTION has been added, a new field has also been added to the dap_chain_datum_token_item_t structure, which contains a field with a description of the token, and is filled in when parsing the TSD section, declaration or token update. Added a description parameter for the token_decl and token_update commands. When setting this parameter, a TSD section will be created with a description of this token.
