Hotfix 8930_8918

[*] Fixed a bug with incorrect hash output, transactions when canceling an order. I also fixed a grammatical error when displaying information about an invalid wallet. [-] Removed the withdrawal of the wallet address for block signatures. Since the output address is not related to the wallet itself.
