[*] Correction in the function of checking the signature of the decree. Removed compilation of an array of signatures as unnecessary. The verification of signatures has been changed in such a way that if the verification of the public key of one signature fails, the function proceeds correctly to verification of another signature. Also, the size of the block of signatures in the decree is set in accordance with the verified signature.
