[*] I split the dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators function into two, removed the output of information about the commission from it in dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators_str, and left the calculation of the maximum, average and minimum commission of validators in dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators.
