Bugfix 8999, 9003

[*] Updated cellframe-sdk: The tx_create command has been fixed; now it is not necessary to specify the address. The token_decl command has also been fixed. Now total_supply for SIMPLE token is equal to 0. Up version node to 5.2-173.
