[*] Updated cellframe-sdk: I split the dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators function into two, removed the output of information about the commission from it in dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators_str, and left the calculation of the maximum, average and minimum commission of validators in dap_chain_net_srv_stake_get_fee_validators. Updated python-cellframe: Wrappers have been added to get the maximum, minimum and average fees of verifiers, as well as the size of the commission for a transaction on the network. Up version node to 5.2-82.
