[*] Fixed by calling some functions because some functions changed the type input arguments.

Fixed errors in Unit tests.

  1. Added functions for obtaining network id using the function dap_chain_net_id_by_name.
  2. The call to the dap_chain_wallet_get_addr function has been changed. It now takes the network id as the second argument.
  3. The dap_chain_net_srv_init function now accepts dap_config_t as an input argument.
