[*] Updated cellframe-sdk:Refactoring for the dap_chain_node_cli_cmd_values_parse_net_chain function and for its JSON duplicate, a new argument has been added, the default chain, which will be received from the network for the corresponding chain type.

Updated python-cellframe: Changed wrappers for obtaining chain types.

Up version node to 5.2-520.
