[*] Updated dap-sdk:

• Added a field to the dap_http_simple structure that will hold additional headers that can be set.
• Added cleaning of this list.

Updated python-cellframe:

• Added a wrapper over the dap_http_header structure, added a function to set the flag whether to generate a standard header and a function to set and receive custom http response headers.
